#5: Christmas in July
I happen to love gifts in July, mostly because it’s my birthday!  woohoo!
For those not celebrating birthdays, shopping early for Christmas gifts is a win too.  The Salvation Army Women’s Auxillary is hosting this incredible event, complete with a silent auction and a vendor expo.  You’re sure to find a unique gift at this event.

Date: Saturday, July 10th
Time:10AM – 3PM
Location: Prime Osborn Convention Center

#4: Neighborhood Movie Night
Y’all grab a lawn chair and join your neighbors for movie night.  They’re playing Coco.  I love that movie.  What an adorable movie for the whole family to enjoy. Oh and don’t worry about cooking dinner. There will be food trucks on site.  Dinner and a movie – that’s my kind of Friday night.

Date: Friday, July 9th
Time: 7PM – 9:30PM
Location: The Pavilion

7596 Westland Oaks Drive
Jacksonville, FL 32244

#3: 5th Annual Touchdown for Life Blood Drive

The Jacksonville Jaguars are rolling in the big red bus for a life-saving event. For each person who donates blood, they’ll receive a ticket to a Jags home game, a OneBlood limited-edition t-shirt, and a wellness checkup.  Everyone wins at this event.  Way to go Jags!

Date: Saturday, July 10th
Time: 8AM – 6PM
Location: TIAA Bank Field

#2: Second Saturday Arts and Farmers Market
We may be a little biased because local is in our name but it’s also in our way of life so anytime we can eat local and shop local, we’re on it.  If we can do both, double points!
Feeding your family with locally sourced products is always a win.

There will also be vendors on site.  These are local makers who are eager to share their crafts and talents with their neighbors.

Date: Saturday, July 10th
Time: 9AM – 12PM
Location: First Christian Church

#1:  MOCA Kids Art Lab
It’s a shame this event is only for kids ages 5-12 because I want to take this class. MOCA… call me about hosting an adult version.  Kids will learn all about organic art. That means they’re going to learn how to make art from things in nature all around them.  I’m in love with this idea.  We’re creative people and just love seeing that creativity being taught to kids.

Date:  Saturday, July 10th
Time: 10 AM
Location: Online
